Cancellation Policy
📜 Overflow Clarity Call Policy The Overflow Clarity Call is a free 30-minute one-on-one session designed to help you realign with purpose, refocus your faith, and begin turning your pain into purpose. Please review before booking: 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance using the official booking link. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your date, time, and meeting link. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the free session opportunity. 3. No-Shows If you miss your scheduled session without notice, it will be marked as completed. You may book another session in the future when space is available. 4. Refunds Because this is a free session, no payment is collected or refunded. 5. Faith-Based Disclaimer The Overflow Clarity Call is not therapy or mental health treatment. It is a faith-based coaching and encouragement session designed to offer spiritual insight, practical strategy, and emotional clarity. If you are processing deep trauma, depression, or other mental health concerns, please continue your work with a licensed therapist or counselor. 6. Confidentiality & Integrity All conversations are handled with respect, confidentiality, and grace. What you share stays within the circle of trust.
