Menopause can be natural, perimenopausal, surgical, premature, or chemically induced. Each affects women differently, but symptoms may include brain fog, anxiety, sleep disruption, joint pain, mood changes, and metabolic shifts. Surgical or medically induced menopause can be especially abrupt. Many women experience these changes silently while continuing to work and lead.

Nobody warned me that 3am would become the most honest hour of my life. Not my doctor. Not Google. Not the women around me who were clearly going through the same thing in silence. I had to find the truth myself. And once I did, I wrote a song about it
